Using the principle of diffusion, this monitor is ideal for sampling personnel or work areas in health care, chemical, pulp/paper, foundry and textile industries. Monitor uses bisulfate-impregnated filter and is analyzed by colorimetry. Has 18 month shelf life. Analysis procedure available upon request. Can be used for 8 hour TWA sampling to meet OSHA requirement of ±25% accuracy at 0.5-5.0 ppm. However, this monitor does not have sensitivity for short term exposure limit (STEL) monitoring.
